I came across @bakedbysameera on Instagram and fell in love with the pictures of her brownies first.

They looked glorious. She does various flavours: lotus biscoff, Nutella, Snickers, Lindor, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, and so many more, as well as mixed boxes. Her small business is based in Manchester.

(Thankfully, she does postal deliveries but those orders are somewhat limited to specific flavours–still, they’re beyond delicious).

I messaged her asking for the prices of twelve brownies and gave her the flavours I wanted (Lindor, Salted Caramel and Oreo–I got a box for myself and a box for a friend of mine).

The box of brownies promptly arrived within three days and smelt amazing. The first brownie I had was the salted caramel one, without heating it up and the first bite I took was soft and moist, rich and sweet at the same time.

It genuinely tasted like it was filled with drops of starshine and sweet dreams, mixed with all the ingredients she used to make this chewy, magic-filled, wonderful brownie.

I heated up the Lindor brownie in a microwave for a few seconds before digging in, and oh my god! I kid you not, it felt like taking a bite out of heaven.

The Lindor chocolate inside was gooey and melted in my mouth, leaving behind a deliciously sweet aftertaste and the aroma from the brownie itself filled the kitchen.

The corner pieces were amazing, the centre pieces were fabulous and I never thought I’d fall in love with homemade brownies. But here we are. These are genuinely the best ones I have ever had, compared to the ones from Tesco, Rinkoff’s Bakery, Baker & Spice and even Costa.

I hope to god Sameera opens up her own bakery one day!

But honest to god, these brownies are to die for. If I could have them every day for the rest of my life, without gaining a million pounds, I would. They’re just that good.

Is it possible to rate it 1000,000,000,000 out of 10? If so, then that’s the rating I give to BakedbySameera,

Oh and the friend I got the other box of brownies for? He said they’re so delicious and nice, so it’s pretty safe to say that he definitely agrees with my rating.

You should all definitely check her out, especially if you’re based in Manchester. If not, she posts all over the UK.
